Arthurian Order of Avalon

The Arthurian Order of Avalon (AOA) is a non-profit, inclusive education and performance group interested in the legends of King Arthur and medieval history. Its members enjoy participating in historically themed events such as tournaments and feasts, as well as performing the Human Chessboard at the Medieval Fair of Norman. The mission of the AOA is to educate its membership and audiences in Arthurian ideals, history, and culture in order to instill, preserve, and promote concepts of cchivalry, courtesy, and honor.

Medieval Song and Dance Performance

The Arthurian Order of Avalon performs historical songs and dances from throughout European history. Audience members can learn dance etiquette, some history of our songs, and the parts of any great period dance – walking, arming, and siding.

Discover Middle Ages and Renaissance Dancing

The Arthurian Order of Avalon invites all to learn historical European dances from the Middle Ages and Renaissance. Audience members will be able to participate on stage with our demonstrators. These skills could prove useful to any recent isekai protagonists!
