Melinda LaFevers

Melinda LaFevers is a Renaissance woman of many crafts and hobbies. She writes poetry, stories, songs, and plays music on a variety of instruments. She strongly believes in arts integration in education, and helps train teachers both as an Arkansas A+ Fellow and as an Arkansas Arts in Education residency artist. She incorporates music and storytelling in her historical interpretation programs, Life in a Castle and Life in a Log Cabin.  A member of Bad Bards and Beyond, she has spent the last few years working to increase the filking presence at the cons that she attends.  She occasionally blogs Melinda's Obscure Thoughts. A partial list of the anthologies containing her stories may be found at https://www.amazon.com/Melinda-LaFevers/e/B012CK7T4U%3Fref=dbs_a_mng_rwt_scns_share.

Pun and Games

The moderator will choose a topic (cheese, TV shows, all those weird Oreo flavors, whatever) and the puns will fly until the panelists run dry. The topic will be over if one minute passes without a new pun being offered, at which point the moderator chooses another topic, or asks the audience for one. The final ten minutes of the panel will be a pun free-for-all, any topic goes.
